Pride of
Performance is highest civil award by the government of Pakistan to
Pakistanis who did any respectable jobs in their fields. Once a year
it is given to people on the independence day of Pakistan by the
President of Pakistan.
On 22'nd March 2002, The
President of Pakistan conferred upon Nazia Hassan the Highest Civil
Award, Pride Of Performance, for contribution in the field of Art,
Culture & Music.
Mrs. Muniza Basir, Mother
of Nazia Hassan received the Award on her Behalf.
